Qualifications | - Bachelor's degree or higher in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructure or IT Infrastructure.
- Experience in Global Projects, Local Projects, New Factory, New Office, and Office Relocation project management.
- Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or other networking devices.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP, NSE (is preferred)
- Strong skills in project management and planning.
- Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher (able to communicate and create technical documents)
- Willing to travel for on-site work or overseas assignments as required.

Job Description (summary) | - Overview
- The Project Engineer – Network Infrastructure is responsible for planning, designing, installing, and maintaining network infrastructure, as well as managing projects related to Global Projects, Local Projects, New Factory, New Office, and Office Relocation. This position requires proficiency in the Japanese language for communication with customers, teams, and vendors.
- What you'll be doing
- Network Design & Implementation
Design and develop network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless Network) for New Factory, New Office, and Office Relocation. Install and configure network systems, including Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Access Points. Ensure network security and implement measures to prevent cyber threats. - Project Management & Coordination
2.1 Global & Local Project Management: Plan and execute Global and Local Network Infrastructure Projects. Work closely with the Global IT Team and Local IT Team to ensure network structures comply with corporate standards. Coordinate with multinational teams, vendors, and partners.
2.2 New Factory & New Office Setup: Define the Network and IT Infrastructure for New Factory and New Office projects. Collaborate with Facilities, Electrical, Construction, IT Teams, and Vendors to ensure proper installation. Oversee the setup of Internet Circuits, Network Cabling, Server Rooms, Wireless Systems, and Security Systems.
2.3 Office Relocation: Plan and execute network and IT infrastructure migration to new locations. Ensure minimal disruption to IT systems during the relocation process. Conduct network testing and troubleshooting after relocation.
2.4 Project Control: Manage timeline, budget, and resources to achieve project objectives. Prepare project documentation, including Network Diagrams, Configuration Documents, and Change Management Documents in Japanese or English. - Operation & Maintenance
Monitor and troubleshoot network issues in offices and factories. Analyze network performance and propose improvement solutions. Manage IT assets and network equipment in accordance with corporate standards. - Support & Training
Provide technical consultation and support to customers, teams, and vendors. Conduct training on network systems and equipment for IT Support Teams and End Users. Translate technical documents or manuals between Japanese, English, and Thai.
