On 17th December, 2025, DailiTech (Headquarters: Bangkok, Thailand; Managing Director: Vit Niennattrakul; hereinafter referred to as "DailiTech") and KDDI Thailand (Headquarters: Bangkok, Thailand; Managing Director: Tomoaki Namioka; hereinafter referred to as "KDDI Thailand") signed a Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as the "MoU") to promote cloud migration in Thailand. This MoU aims to deliver comprehensive ICT services, ranging from data center and network infrastructure to cloud platforms and applications, supporting businesses in their digital transformation journey.
In Thailand, following the cloud-first policy announced by the government, major public cloud providers have announced a series of large-scale investments, accelerating cloud migration. Among them, Amazon Web Services, Inc(hereinafter referred to as AWS) launched its Thailand region in January 2025 to provide a low-latency and secure cloud environment that also supports data residency within Thailand.
DailiTech has helped customers across financial services, manufacturing, retail, and startups leverage AWS cloud technologies to transform their businesses. DailiTech has been awarded various accolades from AWS, the most recent being “AWS Partner of the Year – Thailand” for three consecutive years from 2023 to 2025.
In January 2025, KDDI established a connection point to "AWS Direct Connect" at Telehouse Bangkok operated by Telehouse Thailand, part of the globally recognized KDDI Group, enabling direct connectivity through structured cabling within the data center and through AWS Direct Connect over the network. Leveraging the experience and know-how accumulated in Japan, KDDI Thailand provides customers with a low-latency and secure cloud environment.
DailiTech and KDDI Thailand have formed this alliance to accelerate cloud migration in Thailand by offering comprehensive support for AWS adoption, including data centers, networks, application development, AI and more.
Both companies also plan to jointly develop solutions utilizing AI and IoT in the near future.
In order to accelerate cloud migration in Thailand, DailiTech and KDDI Thailand will work to:
(1) Provide AWS services to Japanese customers by utilizing DailiTech's track record and know-how with major local financial institutions
(2) Offer KDDI Group's data centers, network services (AWS Direct Connect, etc.) and System Integration to Japanese and Thai customers
