Presales Engineer

• Foundation/Associate degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or related field

• Experience 5 years or more in IT infrastructure design (Cloud/Server/Network/Security)

• Strong Knowledge and Proven Experience in Cloud Platforms such as AWS or Azure

• Knowledge in Virtualization & On Prem Server, Storage, Microsoft 365, Backup Solution, Networking, Security and IT Infrastructure

• Have an AWS/Azure/Microsoft certification will be advantage

• Able to do on-site support and travel up-country

• Daily conversation level for both written and spoken English

• Good team player, positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn with multi-tasking skills, passionate in learning new technology, service minded with excellent communication and coordination skills

• Understanding customer business objectives and translating them into technical solutions

• Building a cloud team by develop team capabilities to align with the company’s strategic goals for scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud services

• Creating technical designs, defining the scope of work (SoW), and preparing bill of materials (BOM)

• Drafting and reviewing proposal documents to ensure quality and alignment with customer expectations

• Supporting sales teams with product demonstrations and presentations

• Responding to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical solutions

• Conducting proof-of-concept (PoC) if required
