KDDI Thailand provides Data Center services through a partnership with a local data center provider.

Our data centers operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and are backed by emergency battery power supplies (UPS). The data centers also air-conditioned and have high security monitoring systems to ensure a secure location to house all of your critical telecommunication facilities. We support connection to the KDDI International IP-VPN service in addition to domestic Thai telecommications network service carriers with a “carrier-neutral” environment.Our wealth of experience in Thailand in providing SI (System Integration) Services, including system implementation, operation and maintenance, allows us to offer Total ICT Solutions through our Data Center Services.

Our data centers have top level redundant power supply as well as air conditioning. In Thailand , our facilities operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Prepared for Emergencies and Disasters

Generators are set to ensure continuous operation in case of emergency or disaster conditions. Furthermore, the data center offers the most advanced facility for alarm and fire suppression.

High Security System, Security Precautions

As accesss control measures, we have implemented swipe card and biometric authentication systems. Furthermore, video surveillance cameras are located in the colocation room and at other strategic locations throughout the building. Security experts on are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Carrier-Neutral Facilities

Our data centers are carrier-neutral, which means that it not only supports CAT network connection but also connection to other carriers' networks.
